Carriage:

All products are supplied ex. works, with 24 hours service for United Kingdom. All export deliveries are scheduled as agreed with customer.

Despatch:

Latest time for Same Day Despatch 3.00 pm.

Title Of Goods:

Passes to purchaser only on payment in full.

Return Of Goods:

We are unable to accept returns without prior agreement. Any returns will be subject to a charge of 15%. Couplings manufactured to customers requirements will not be accepted.

Discrepancies:

On deliveries must be notified in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Liability:

As the use of equipment manufactured or supplied by us is beyond our control, no claim or liability for damage to property or subsequent loss will be accepted.

Product Warranty:

Goods are guaranteed against material failure for a period of six months from date of invoice. Goods returned under warranty claim are replaced, or repaired at our works, and must be returned carriage paid.
